Every piece is crafted to resonate, but if the fit isn’t quite right, we offer an exchange or online store credit, valid within 30 days of delivery.

We operate on a small scale, with care and intention. For this reason, we don’t offer refunds, but we make the exchange process simple, respectful, and rooted in continuity. You can return your item for another size or variant, choose a different piece, or receive store credit.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is covered by the customer. A flat rate will be deducted from the store credit or applied to the exchange.

If Something Isn’t Right

While rare, occasional transit damage or fulfillment errors can occur. If something isn’t as it should be, please submit a request through our Return Portal, we’ll review it promptly and make it right.
